We will be performing maintenance on the equipment that provides the MyAU, CAS login, some online web applications and forms, and the frontend for Banner 8 and Finance/HR Portal Thursday May 18 11:00pm to Friday May 19 4:00am.

The following services will be affected for portions of the maintenance period. Estimated outage of 30 to 60 minutes for each of the four services listed below.

Login authentication services

This will affect login to numerous systems including MyAU, Moodle, Library databases journals and RefWorks, The Landing, OROS, student access to Student Success Centre, staff Intranet websites, and staff Finance/HR Portal

MyAU portal

This will affect both the student and staff MyAU portals.

Students will not be able to access MyAU including e-letters, links to Moodle courses, links to OROS

Direct access to Moodle courses through browser bookmarks will continue to work.

Web applications and forms hosted on secure3

This includes ASD Extensions, Convocation form, Degreeworks, T2202A, FGS forms, Giving Online form, Course Master List, Limesurvey, Transfer Credit Services, and Verification of Enrolment.

Banner 8 and Finance/HR portal frontend

Staff access to Banner 8 INB and the Finance/HR Portal

The underlying Banner system will continue to operate normally so other processing will continue to function, e.g. OROS transactions, scheduled reports, etc.

Please do not use the affected services during the maintenance period.
